So I was at Subway just waiting in line to get a sandwhich when I saw this delightful outfit. Who would have thought to pair ankle length nylons with flats?! Genius! And the bunched up capris to top it off...Dang! OK so this may be a little rude of me, but I thought it was funny and couldn't help taking a pic.....Admit it you laughed.

So Last Week I went up to Salt Lake to take my pharmacy tech test...I was soo nervous! I've been studying alot the last few weeks and I didn't feel ready, I almost rescheduled it, but then I told myself I just need to get it over with so I can relax the rest of the summer and stop stressing. So all of us kids (Me, Tan, Hay, and Burg) headed up to stay at Lace's for the weekend. The testing center was really nice. It was really quiet in there and I had my own little cubicle and computer, they even gave me ear plugs so I wouldn't hear the computers by me. And they were hard core too, I had to get fingerprinted everytime I entered and left the room, and get my picture taken. But good news.............I passed!!!! I'm really excited. So now I just have to fill out some paperwork to get my state license and I'll be all certified! This is going to be a really good oppurtunity for me to have to work my way through school and it'll be something I can always fall back on. So to celebrate, me burg tanner and my friend Gentry took off to LagooN!! Yay, I haven't been in forever, but it was a blast! We just basically rode rides all day..I really like the Wicked, it's the first I've rode that roller coaster because i haven't been to lagoon in like 5 years, but it was fun. Brandon was going to pay me 50 bucks if I'd do the sky coaster, because I'm TERRIFIEd of heights! I really came close to doing it, because 50 bucks sounds pretty nice haha, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it, I know i'm a wimp! But then me and my friend Gentry went out to dinner at the Mayan which is a way fun place, and the food was good. So it was a really good weekend for me!!

Just being tough-I realize my swimsuit does not match my shorts-I did it on purpose..I have a skirt that matches that swim suit, but I didn't think a skirt would be appropriate sliding on the slip n slide so I just grabbed a pair of shorts and went.

So I'm a little late putting these up...Sorry! I've been pretty busy lately getting ready for my test. Wish me luck it's in 2 days! I'm definitely not ready for it, but I just want to take it and get it over with. Anyways it was a really fun 4th of July weekend. We also celebrated Lace's birthday (all week hahaha JK Lace). But that was alot of fun. We built a fire outside the house and did some of our own fireworks on top of a way nice dinner (Thanks MOm :) ). The next day was the parade and of course a Begay's navajo Taco Yum..and then on to some sweet wakeboarding-I totally redeemed myself from last time I went so I felt much better about my wakeboarding skills..Not a pro definitely, but I did pretty good. That night I hit up the fireworks with some friends at the Lake, so all in all it was a really good weekend.

After we got poured on for an hour of four wheeling..SOO cold!

So I just got back from Crested Butte, CO..MY family finally planned a vacation and it was so fun! I love spending time with my family, they are the best! We stayed at this condo in Crested Butte, thursday-sunday, and then stayed in grand junction sunday night. We went river rafting, rented 4 wheelers and rode around the rocky mountains (which was soo gorgeous! Everything was really green and pretty!) It was a blast until it started to rain, which was cool, but then it got really really cold! ha..we almost froze to death! but still lots of fun..We did some sight seeing and hit up some fun little shops! Then in grand junction we ate at the olive garden, and went swimming! Then before we left, we took Maddie to the dinosaur musueum and she loved it! It was so fun to see her so excited, she is so dang cute I just love her! We had a blast, I wish we could have stayed there for a lot longer! Now it's time to get back to work, YAY!

Memorial Weekend-Lake Mead/Vegas!

On our way to Vegas after hitting the lake all day-I got FRIED! haha..I thought that sunscreening twice would be enough, but I should have known that I burn like crazy and it definitely was not enough! I was pretty miserable at this point in time ha, but it was a way fun day at the lake!

Brooks driving along, he told us several times that he is a "professional" driver. So I guess I should feel very safe with him driving hahaha.

Redneck's turn to drive-you can tell he is really focused...probably on trying to not fall asleep since we got like zero sleep the night before. Also yes I was being a creeper with the last couple of pics haha, I think I'm funny.

So basically memorial weekend was a blast!! I'm so mad though because I made sure to charge my camera up really good so that I could take a lot of pictures of the weekend and then I forgot to take my camera out on the boat so I couldn't take any of all the fun lake stuff, and then basically I forgot to take pics all weekend-I guess I got caught up in all the fun! So I have 4 pictures sorry! But it was a really fun weekend. My friend Redneck had some friends down in Vegas so we decided to get some people together and head down there for the weekend. So me, Redneck, our friends Brooks and Shay came with us. Me & Brooks drove to Salina and then Red picked us up there and then we picked up Shay in St.George (She was one of my roomies down in St.George!) We didnt leave till we got off of work on Friday so not till like 5, so needless to say we were driving all night! We decided to camp out at Lake Mead Friday night because we were going to spend all saturday at the lake. We finally made it to the lake at about 1 in the morning (Vegas time- so like 2 our time! ) So we drove FOREVER! So we were dead tired by the time we got there..but we were really smart and just packed a tarp and sleeping bags so we layed the tarp out and just slept on top of it, but the ground was SOO hard! Also it started to rain for like 10 minutes so we all had to huddle up for awhile underneath the tarp..Everyone else was sweating to death all night after the rain let up, but for some reason I was freezing!! So needless to say none of us got any sleep, I think I maybe got 10 minutes haha..So we ended up hitting the lake at like 5 in the morning! We met some more friends out at the lake so we had quite a few people out there..It was so fun! We wakeboarded, tubed, fished, and swam!! I didn't do to good wakeboarding so I was a little frustrated with myself, but it's the first time back this season so I guess I just need to get warmed up or something! But it was alot of fun, other than I got soo burnt! I was in alot of pain all weekend because of it. So then after the lake we headed up to Vegas which was like another hour long drive! We got there and took a much needed nap and then got ready to hit the town! We went to Red Rock Casino, it's a really nice casino (As nice as a casino can be anyways haha) but I did my first slot machine- I figured out how to use the machines this time! and I'm out 5 bucks! Dang, I'm no good, but don't worry i'm not a big fan of gambling so it won't be happening again..The boys got a little caught up with all that gambling stuff haha so us girls hit the Arcade!! And I won big time there haha 247 tickets, it was alot of fun..We ended up starting to head back sunday, so we spent Sunday night in St.George just chilling with some friends in St.George and then we got up early Monday and headed back to Emery!! I got to Huntington around two and my family was out to the desert, so I headed out to the desert and did a little 4 wheeling, and wiffle ball!! It was alot of fun..I had such a good weekend and had a blast with friends and family!! I love weekends like this where it's just non stop fun-however I was very worn out after it was over!! I definitely didn't want to get up to work the next day, but oh well, thats how it goes!!

July 11

SO I registered to take the pharmacy tech test today! So my test date is July 11th, at 8 a.m.! I'm excited to take it, but a little nervous..I know there is a lot I need to know and I haven't started studying yet..OOPS.SO I gave myself 2 months to get myself ready. It'll be really nice to have my tech license to help work my way through school. It'll be a job I can find anywhere and always something to fall back on. So lets hope I pass!

VIva Las VeGas!

I'm 21 now! So I wanted to give the slot machines a try, just to say that I did it..However, we couldn't figure out how to use the machines!! You could definitely tell we are Utah girls that don't gamble ha. We sat there for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to put the coin in it, and couldn't. Than figured out that you need to buy a ticket to use them, but we didn't know how to use the ticket machine! oh well..I didn't need to waste that penny anyways, I'll save it for something better. PS.Look at Chelsey in the background, she's only 19 so she couldn't be caught "loitering" haha..so she just kept circling around us while we were trying to gamble.

HAHAHAH-Love Gentry's face in this picture! So we went into this store at Fashion Show Mall and saw some pretty expensive dresses, so we decided to just try them on for fun and have our own little fashion show! It was fun!

So we went to the Fashion Show Mall, it's on the strip just off spring mt. exit. Every hour they do a runway show through the middle of the mall, its a fun idea. This show was plus size models modeling some Dilliards clothing..They were getting way into it, it was hilarious

So last Saturday we decided to make a little Vegas Trip! It's been awhile since I've been down there and we were all not to busy on Saturday so we thought, why not?? So we woke up and just headed out! It was such a fun day! We went shopping at the fashion show mall, ate at Trevi (a way nice place) and then tried to gamble and then just headed home! It was really nice down there, and it was a fun way to spend the day.
